"Tranquility" is yet another painting that sprung out of my time in the Great Bear Rainforest, an area that covers 6.4 million hectares of BC's north and Central coast. It is a place of intact ecosystems, granite islets, expansive beaches, and in places some very impressive surf. I will never grow tired of painting the peaceful, pristine and sometimes dramatic Great Bear Rainforest. It has captured my heart and my easel. "
