"I was born in the late sixties and often reminisce…Fleetwood Mac, ripped blue jeans, wine coloured paisley prints and luxe, velvet tapestries. While creating this work, that timeless palette kept creeping in – the music did too. Rich burgundy, dark blue-greys, all scraped up and layered and torn into place. They are now on display in the gallery."
